The dawn of Logic

I've decided to buy Logic Pro 6, and from this store.

Reason being (pun pun) that they've given me the best deal, and another discount on top of that deal (PayPal), and a contact at one of our local Apple Stores has informed me they don't have Logic to sell yet! Ironic isn't it. Or should I say, illogical?

Rest assured, music blog readers (all one of you), I will most certainly update you when Logic has arrived. And when Logic's been set up. And when Logic's been used to sequence its first MIDI arrangement. And its first recording. And ...

  • Review of Logic Pro 6. I like this review because it says you should pair Logic with the G5 2.0GZ model, which is exactly what I have ;-)

Keep us posted. We anxiously await.

Seeing as how my Mac can barely run Dreamweaver these days, I think I'll be sticking with the PC for production (crazy, I know). It looks like a start with Sonar for sequencing with a hoped-for eventual addition of Pro Tools.

Logic is very high end from what I understand. I used to read this site from time to time for Logic info: http://www.logicuser.net
