After one night without VanPod's music, and half a day of working in silence, I went out and bought the 4th generation 60gb iPod (Photo).
And the new Apple mouse.
I needed to console myself.
And you probably don't believe that.

Any issues with non-updating smart playlist on your new VanPod and iTunes insisting on copying files again into iPod when you played them in iTunes?
Nope, everything synchronised fine. Have done it a few times already. Managed to update my Smart Playlists without any problems.
I meant smart playlists that doesn't update themselves on the iPod when condition changes. Example, I've one set to "not played in the last 5 days". Play songs will be removed from the list, but not so with the new iPod photo.
