I know we Singaporeans are pretty obsessed about efficiency. We're an impatient lot, always wanting to find the fastest way to finish our work. So why am I surprised (well, actually tickled with mirth) to find that our beloved Government has an official website to Cut Red Tape?

Was just talking to friends about this. Did you see how many procedures you have to go through to put forth suggestions on how to cut red tape!
Really?! That's got to be one of the biggest ironies of all. Has anyone tried sending a suggestion yet?
Noo..haven't tried.
*mumble* seeing how I'm sort of a civil servant I'm going to keep very quiet now.
Are civil servants supposed to be civil, too?
